Hi there. How do you usually deal with stress? I have no idea what to do. Maybe I shoud start doing any sport of try to find any new hobby?

Hello. Hmm, it depends on your interests and the level of your stress. First of all, I would recommend you to consult with a doctor. Sport and books help me. Also, during the most complicated periods, I take my favorite Blessed CBD . I do a course of it, and it brings my mental health to the normal condition. I would recommend it to everyone who has stressed periods. But please, do not forget to consult with your doctor.
